Engineering Graduate Program

The Engineering Graduate Program is a 10-month accelerated career path that will expose you to multiple facets of a global manufacturing company across engineering, business, sales and R&D. As part of this program Coesia offers a wide range of opportunities and learning methodologies including in-class and on-the-job training provided by leaders across the organization.

You will contribute to international projects in a series of geographically dispersed job rotations. You will also be involved in technical as well as business-critical international projects to put into practice what you have learned.

This journey will accelerate your career path by taking advantage of professional mentoring/tutoring from Coesia’s technical and functional leadership teams. You will also build a global network of fellow EGP engineering alumni.

FAQ

When should I apply?
Applications for the 2021 edition are open from April to July 2021.

Can I apply for a different country from the one I am studying/working in?
Yes you can, if you already have the work permit for the country you are applying for.

Can I apply if I have not yet obtained an engineering degree?
Yes, provided you are due to graduate before the next EGP round begins.

Can I qualify if I have a different Degree from those required?
You will not qualify if you don’t have all the requirements listed, but please check out our open positions here: https://www.coesia.com/en/career-opportunities

What level of Engineering Degree is required?
A minimum of 5 years of education. This will require a Master’s degree in certain geographies such as Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

Is the assignment abroad mandatory?
Yes! Coesia has its HQ in Bologna, Italy and operates globally in different countries. The assignment abroad will prepare to be successful across cultures and environments. A dedicated HR team will support you in selecting the most suitable destination for your assignment abroad.

What types of projects will I work on?
You will directly work within our divisions and experience different areas, such as sales, after-sales, customer service, operations, engineering, and R&D. The final decision for your role will be made in accordance with your interests and qualifications as well as our business requirements.
